Please be aware that a 30% cancellation fee will be incurred for all no-shows and cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Also, this fee applies to cancellations made within 72 hours before or after major salon holidays, including Christmas Day/Eve, New Year's Day/Eve, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter, Fourth of July, and Valentine's Day.
